    • Job Functions :
    · Responsible for company.s IT Network, File Servers, Security Access, telephone systems etc
    · Develop IT security policies and procedures for internal and clients
    · Provide customer support to optimize customer satisfaction and meet SLAs
    · Provide system hardware recommendations and support project implementation and system maintenance

    Requirements :
     · Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent, with 2 years of relevant experience
    · Good understanding of Windows Server 2003 administration, AD and Group Policy management, Network Devices, Security, Firewalls, VPN and Wireless technology
    · Knowledge of VMware and Lotus Domino an added advantage
    · Reliable, result oriented and analytical person who is accountable and responsible, and with a service oriented mindset, and able to meet tight deadlines
    · Prepared to work during weekends during project implementation and systems maintenance
    · Singaporeans preferred

    · Support sales team for technical issues
    · Assist sales team for hardware supports
    · Assist sale team for project
    · Provide a new design IT infrastructure to customer
    · Install new server- mounting hardware and softwareand configure OS-AD/ User/ Policy/ Security
    · In charge on indoor/outdoor maintenance
    · In charge on documentation

    Requirements :
     · Bachelor degree in BS Computer Engineer
    · Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
    · MCSE / MSCA and / or CCNA certified
    · Must have experience handle Virus Infection/ Spamming/ Data recovery& back up
    · Experience in setting up router (Cisco 827/837/877/Etc.), Firewall (Cisco/ Fortigate/ Watchguard/ Juniper) Switch manage (Core- VLAN/QOS/ROUTING) (MCSE/ MCSA/- Server OS 2008/2004/EXCHAGE/SQL/Lotus Domino/Linux)
    · Independent/ willing to travel around Singapore
    · Possess good command spoken and written in English language

    · Transaction entries into the accounting program
    · Generating financial documents such as
    · - General Ledger
    · - Accounts Receivable
    · - Accounts Payable
    · - Income Statements
    · - Balance Sheet
    · - Bank reconciliation
    · - Fixed Asset Register
    · Preparation of Goods and Service Tax (GST) schedule to support the completion and submission of GST Return (GST Form5) to the Comptroller of GST.
    · Consolidation of accounts of holding company, subsidiary companies and associated companies.
    · Liaison with Auditors
    · Monthly Book keeping
    · Corporate tax and personal tax
    · XBRL Statutory report

    Requirements :
     · Certified Public Accountant
    · Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
    · MYOB knowledge and experience is a must
    · Knowledge of Island Revenue Authority of Singapore regulations
